Recovery from an international flight and travel fatigue is offered at <a href=\"https://www.africatravelguide.com/ndarakwai-ranch-western-kilimanjaro\">Ndarakwai Ranch</a>, a unique conservation program conceived and founded by Tanzanian conservationist Peter Jones. The ranch is set in 15000 acres of signature acacia woodland with a compacted tented camp and lodge with a variety of bush and wildlife activities on offer.</p>\n<p>This will be followed by a quick transfer to Arusha Airport for a scheduled flight to Seronera Airport and the Serengeti National Park. Accommodation is provided by the <a href=\"https://www.africatravelguide.com/mbalageti-tented-camp-serengeti\"><em>Mbalageti Tented Camp</em></a> which is one of a handful of similar camps in the park that offer a unique synthesis of comfort and proximity to wild nature.</p>\n<p>From Serengeti we move south to the Crater Highlands, driving across the Serengeti Plains to the Ngorongoro Crater Reserve. Accommodation will be at the beautiful <a href=\"https://www.africatravelguide.com/serena-ngorongoro\">Ngorongoro Serena Lodge</a>, an integrated complex situated on the western edge of the crater, and gifted with one of the most beautiful views in the world.</p>\n<p>Leaving Ngorongoro we head back towards Arusha, taking one night to visit Lake Manyara National Park, and a night at a community run hospitably establishment. </p>\n<blockquote>\n<h2><strong>Itinerary</strong></h2>\n<p><strong>Day 1</strong>: Arrival on the KLM evening flight at Kilimanjaro International Airprt, with transfers to the Ndarakwai Ranch.</p>\n<p><strong>Day 2:</strong> Full Day at Ndarakwai Ranch.</p>\n<p><strong>Day 3:</strong> Transfer to Arush Airport for a short flight to Seronera Airport Serengeti, and transport o Mbalageti Tented Camp.</p>\n<p><strong>Day 4:</strong> A day spent exploring Serengeti National Park, including an optional dawn balloon safari, and evening entertainment and accommodation at Mbalageti tented Camp.</p>\n<p><strong>Day 5:</strong> Today we travel north through Serengeti to the Wildlife Control Area beyond the northern boundary, to the Serengeti Eco-Lodge tented camp situated along the beautiful Grumeti River.</p>\n<p><strong>Day 6:</strong> Full day at Serengeti Eco-Lodge, with mixed activities: evening and dawn game drives, game walks and a visit to northern Serengeti and cultural exchange.</p>\n<p><strong>Day 7:</strong> Transfer south through the Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater Highlands and the Serena Ngorongoro Lodge.</p>\n<p><strong>Day 8:</strong> After a morning visit to the Ngorongoro Crater reserve, we make our way back to Arusha to catch the evening KLM flight to Dar es Salaam and Amsterdam.</p></blockquote>\n<p> <img src=\"https://www.southafricalogue.com/files/2008/08/south-africa-composite1.jpg\" alt=\"South Africa\" width=\"650\" height=\"100\" class=\"aligncentre size-full wp-image-1983\" /></p>\n","date":"February 06, 2009"}},"pageContext":{"id":"e5b1b225-a392-5c0c-9235-5eb1c4ed815e"}}}
