Hotels In Zambia

Tourist and business accommodation in Zambia is of a very high standard, and is influenced in no small way by the ballast of South African standards of business and expectations generally. Further to this Zambia is increasingly being seen as a great destination for lifestyle investors interested in securing a share of the safari market, with a wide and increasing variety of luxury wildlife lodges springing up in and around most of the premier national parks.

In Lusaka the South African Protea brand hotel competes with an Intercontinental and a Holiday Inn, with a handful of high and medium range private hotels and lodges scattered around the city. This is reflected in most of the major centers, with Livingstone, thanks to its proximity to Victoria Falls, having arguably the best selection of tourist resort hotels and lodges in the country.

On the whole there are a wide range of accommodation options to choose from in the country, and this selection is growing as Zambia grows as a regional economic, political and tourism player
