Join BootsnAll World Adventures and Wildlife Photographer Sam D’Cruz on a 10-day photographic safari through the world famous Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater Reserves of Tanzania. Learn beginners and advanced photographic techniques in the company of an expert, while at the same time enjoying the superb natural surroundings and hospitality of the Tanzanian Northern Circuit.
The 2009 BootsnAll photographic tour is set for late October early November to capture the best of the annual Migration, one of the great natural wonders of the world, and the last great uninhibited natural cycles of Africa. The trip is all inclusive from arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport to departure, with accommodation provided by the best lodges and tented camps of the Northern Circuit.
Sam and the BootsnAll World Adventures Africa Team will be on hand at all times for advice, information and guidance through the booking and travel process.

Sat 24 October:
Arrive in Kilimanjaro International Airport 19:45 KLM flight from Amsterdam. You will be collected at the airport by Sam and the BootsnAll World Adventures Safari crew and transferred to your hotel in the town of Moshi. That evening Sam will host a familiarization and pre-departure brief to handle any last minute questions and queries.

Sun 25 October:
We will make an early start from Moshi overland to the Arusha Airport for a brief air transfer to Seronera Airport in the Serengeti National Park. From there we make our way to the Mbalageti Tented Camp through the northeast sector of Serengeti National Park. Evening spent at Mbalageti Tented Camp.

Mon 26 October:
After a day spent exploring the western arm of the Serengeti National Park we will return for a second night at the Mbalageti Tented Camp

Tues 28 October:
From Mbalageti we travel northeast and out of the Serengeti National Park into the Game Control area and the rich landscape of the Grumeti River. Here we enjoy the hospitality of the Serengeti Eco-Lodge, one of the newest and most ecologically integrated of the many tented camp complexes in and around the Serengeti
Wed 29 October:
Today we explore the Western Corridor and the Grumeti River region with a concentration on dramatic landscape and the unique human and natural interaction of this mixed use sector of the Serengeti. Another evening will be spent at the Serengeti Eco-Lodge.

Thurs 30 October:
Today we return to the Serengeti National Park and explore the central section of the park with an evening spent at the Mbuze Mawe Tented Camp in the northeast of the park

Fri 31 October:
Today we make our way south towards the iconic plains of the southern Serengeti, leaving the Serengeti in the mid-afternoon we make our way into the cool uplands of the Ngorongoro Crater Reserve, surrounded by some of the world’s most breathtaking natural scenery. Evening will be spent at the Ngorongoro Serena Lodge situated on the southern lip of the famous Ngorongoro Crater.

Sat 1 November:
After a day spent exploring the iconic Ngorongoro Crater conservancy we will return for the evening to the Ngorongoro Serena Lodge.

Sun 2 November:
Today we make our way south towards the Tarangire National Park, overnight at the Tarangire Sopa Lodge.

Mon 3 November:
Today we make an early start, and spend the morning exploring the unique natural environment of the Tarangire National Park, leaving the conservancy in the early afternoon for an evening drop off at the Kilimanjaro International Airport.
There may be changes to this itinerary depending on accommodation availability
Trip Specs:
The trip is all inclusive from airport to airport, and includes all transit, parks fees, safari transport, safari guides, board and accommodation. Sam D’Cruz will be available for advice or consultation, and will act as your guide/host for the duration of the trip. He will meet you at Kilimanjaro International Airport, act as you photography instructor availbe at all times to deal technical questions and instruction.
The trip does not include any camera equipment, personal expenditure and alcoholic drinks. It also does not include external flights, tourist visas or any expenses related to additional excursions or accommodation.
